Login troubleshooting tips

I don't have the link or my login details

If you haven't logged into Hitrak before, check your email inbox (and Spam folder just incase!) for a welcome email. This will have the subject "Welcome to [your company] [Hitrak App name]", e.g. Welcome to Freight Company Admin Portal. 

The Welcome email contains a link to the application, your username and a temporary password. We recommend changing your password as soon as possible to a unique password you'll remember, and/or using a Password Manager that's linked to your device, browser or Google account.

What is my login Email Address?

This is the email address where you received the invitation to your Hitrak account. It is typically a company email address, but depending on the business and the user, this could be a personal email. If there are multiple email addresses which could have been used for your login and none of them are working with your password, check in with the person responsible for adding users to your company's Hitrak tools. 

I know I'm entering the right password, but I still can't log in

If you have multiple logins for Hitrak apps, you may be using the wrong email address in the login field. E.g., if you have a Freightmaster login to get your customers' view of Freightmaster, or a Driver App login to test the Driver interface, there may be a different email address associated with these login credentials. 

I can't remember my password

If you use a password manager, your login details may be stored in your browser or device. In this case, all you need to do is start typing your login email address, and the rest of your login credentials should populate automatically ✨

If you can't remember your password, or your password manager has an older version saved, you can reset your password using the Forgot password? link on the login screen. This will prompt you to enter your login email address.

My account is locked  

If you've entered the incorrect password too many times, you may get locked out of your account.

Check your inbox! There should be a link sent automatically from the system to the login email address, with a link to unlock your account. You can also follow the Forgot Password flow to reset your password any time you forget it.
