Changing the Customer on consignments

This feature enables users to change the Customer on any consignment, excluding those created via API Gateway, up to the point of Delivery. This enables the correction of data entry errors when setting a consignment's Organisation, without the need to cancel and recreate the consignment.

Note 🔎 Only users with the Advanced Admin role can access this feature.

Offline Support

Limited consignment details are now available for consignments not opened while online. 

Drivers can now see the Sender and Receiver Names and References. Extras and data from the Attachment, Message or Additional tabs cannot be viewed unless they were previously loaded. 

Customer Search field

Enhancements to the Customer field on the Consignment Search and Dispatch Board pages, to provide clarity to users when a search term returns no results. The dropdown indicates when no results have been found, and the field is cleared if the entry is not being used for the search.

Admin App Consignment Entry

Freight Type dropdown matches search terms to the beginning of item names instead of performing a full text search. This reduces input errors resulting from unexpected results. E.g., a search for "pal" now produces "Pallet" and not "Half Pallet".

Data Extracts

Admin Portal Extract files are now compressed to improve download speed for larger extracts.

More dates added to in the Consignment Activity Extract to identify cancelled consignments and provide visibility on other status changes.

Consistent naming conventions applied to file names. 

Test Environment Usability

A banner has been added to the Test environment to better indicate when a user is working in Test vs Production.
