Details of the features and bug fixes from this update
This page provides an overview of the changes deployed with the Hitrak software update on Thursday, December 5th, 2024.
The key focus areas for this release have been the addition of a new module to manage an Operating days calendar, further improvements to data accessibility, and enhancements to the Freightmaster quoting function.

A new Administration menu Operating Days page allows calendar setup for working days, public holidays and other non-working days, at a system-wide or regional level. |

All Organisations extract provides a list of current Organisations with their Service Types and Account details. |

Dispatch Board page |
New From and To fields added to allow the Dispatch Board to be refined by consignment Sending and/or Receiving Dispatch Regions. |

Driver Runs Search page |
New fields added to allow searching Runs by Name, Type, From region and To region. |

Results can be sorted by the Reference, Name, Date, Start and End columns. |

The Consignments column shows a freight summary along with the number of consignments. |
|
|
Search criteria, total number of runs, total consignments and a combined freight summary of the results are displayed above the search results. |

Requested Pickup Date |
This field is now supported for consignments created via Gateway. |

Rating Page Tooltips |
Tooltips include more detail when a consignment could not be priced for reasons related to pricing setup. |

Consignment & Run Notes |
New icon to represent Consignment notes and Run notes in the Admin Portal, Driver App and Freightmaster UI. |

Run Templates |
Region field is now mandatory for all templates. |

Driver Runs |
Previous selections are remembered when the user performs a bulk action in the Run page Consignments tab. |

Vehicle capacity constraints are automatically applied to a run when a vehicle is assigned. |

Consignment details |
Region is now always displayed on consignment Sender and Receiver address. |

Zone Rate Adjustments |
Tooltips added to provide clarity on each Adjustment field. |

Unsupported dates are disabled in the calendar view. |

Unsupported “Increment Adjustment” field is disabled for Flat Rate pricing. |
