For the first release of 2025, key focus areas were the implementation of Live vehicle tracking in the Consumer App, enhanced POD functionality, additional features in the Operating Days page, and improved Driver App capability.

Updated workflow for drivers loading a vehicle at a depot, which allows Collection tasks to be completed prior to starting the Run. |
Gateway consignment Site address matching |
Automatic matching of custom addresses to customer Sites, for API created consignments. |
Live vehicle tracking for Receivers |
Consignment Tracking links provide a live map view of the delivery vehicle when a job is next in the queue. |
POD Delivery location data |
An optional system setting to provide a map snapshot of the consignment delivery location along with Proof of Delivery in the Consumer App, PDF documents, and Admin portal timeline. |
POD Notes |
A new Notes field, for recording comments alongside POD name and signature when completing a delivery. |

A dedicated Proof of Delivery entry on the consignment timeline. Includes POD photos and signature, printed name, and any POD Notes added on behalf of the driver or receiver. |
Pickup Cutoff maintenance |
Admin Portal maintenance of Pickup Cutoff times alongside the Operating Days for each region, to support delivery target calculations. |
Service Days maintenance |
Admin Portal maintenance of the expected delivery timeframes between Dispatch groups, to support delivery target calculations. Accessed via a new Service Days tab within the Operating Days page. |
Zone Pricing Area maintenance |
Support for extracting a suburbs list by one or more regions, to use as a template for defining Pricing areas. |

Added a Service type filter to the Dashboard. |

Hitrak Direct Invoicing |
When the Direct Invoicing model is in use, an email address is required for all Invoice accounts. |
Messaging Service Type Settings |
New Confirm Delivery Date Link Service Type setting options, to support the automated sending of Confirm delivery date links when a consignment is Checked in at the destination Dispatch group depot. These are separate to the existing settings which trigger comms after a consignment is Picked up from the Sender. |
Operating Days Calendar |
Added a red dot 🔴indicator for Public holiday events on the calendar. |
Added a View Event option for accessing details of scheduled calendar events. |
