Driver App:
Loading in Preview mode

Updated workflow for drivers loading a vehicle at a depot, which allows Collection tasks to be completed prior to starting the Run.

This new function better supports pre-loading of a truck the day before the Run, by ensuring more accurate timing of consignment “Out for Delivery” status updates.

Gateway consignment Site address matching 

Automatic matching of custom addresses to customer Sites, for API created consignments.

Live vehicle tracking for Receivers

Consignment Tracking links provide a live map view of the delivery vehicle when a job is next in the queue.

This is an optional system setting, also configurable by Organisation and Service type.

POD Delivery location data 

An optional system setting to provide a map snapshot of the consignment delivery location along with Proof of Delivery in the Consumer App, PDF documents, and Admin portal timeline. 

PDFs and the timeline entry also include exact GPS  coordinates.

POD Notes

A new Notes field, for recording comments alongside POD name and signature when completing a delivery.

POD Timeline entry

A dedicated Proof of Delivery entry on the consignment timeline. Includes POD photos and signature, printed name, and any POD Notes added on behalf of the driver or receiver.

A History button enables access to previous versions of the POD PDF document, where applicable.

Pickup Cutoff maintenance

Admin Portal maintenance of Pickup Cutoff times alongside the Operating Days for each region, to support delivery target calculations.

Service Days maintenance

Admin Portal maintenance of the expected delivery timeframes between Dispatch groups, to support delivery target calculations. Accessed via a new Service Days tab within the Operating Days page.

Zone Pricing Area maintenance

Support for extracting a suburbs list by one or more regions, to use as a template for defining Pricing areas.

Allows a current Pricing area to be selected, to view its existing zone configuration for suburbs in the relevant region(s).

Aligned date styles on the consignment timeline.

Consistent highlight behaviour when an area of a Dashboard chart is selected.

Removed invalid Service type columns from the Organisation page Settings tab.

Aligned font size of Search criteria labels on all pages.

Added missing data columns in the Rates tab for Site Group pricing Organisations. 

Added Rate bands to previews of Zone rate adjustments.

Consignment import

Removed additional space from file column headers.

Consignment Tracking

Added restriction to prevent any Proof of Delivery files from being visible in consignment Tracking links until delivery is successful.

Dashboard

Added Collection and Delivery options to the Exceptions chart in the Admin and Freightmaster Dashboards.

This allows filtering based on the consignment status at the time Exceptions were recorded. 

Data Extracts

Removed redundant Tag codes from the Search page extract file.

Applied consistent formatting to Freight weight and volume values in csv files.

Applied correct naming convention to the Run Search page extract file.

Dispatch Regions page

The Region Delivery Times tab has been replaced by Service Days maintenance in the Operating Days page.

Driver App Offline support

Added support for recording Consignment Exceptions and Notes in Offline mode.

Freight labels

Added item-level weight and volume data to Freight labels. 

Freightmaster Dashboard

Added a Service type filter to the Dashboard.

Freightmaster UI

Updated the Consignment Note icon to match Admin Portal and Driver apps().

Hitrak Direct Invoicing

When the Direct Invoicing model is in use, an email address is required for all Invoice accounts.

Messaging Service Type Settings

New Confirm Delivery Date Link Service Type setting options, to support the automated sending of Confirm delivery date links when a consignment is Checked in at the destination Dispatch group depot. These are separate to the existing settings which trigger comms after a consignment is Picked up from the Sender.

It is recommended to select only one of these trigger options for a Service type.

Operating Days Calendar

Added a red dot 🔴indicator for Public holiday events on the calendar.

Added a View Event option for accessing details of scheduled calendar events.
