Pricing Area maintenance

A new Pricing Area setup section in the Zone Areas page enables the creation of new Zone Pricing areas and the update of area zones configuration.  

Receiver App Cut-off maintenance

Additional maintenance function in the Operating Days setup tab for regional Receiver App Cutoff times, to prevent the selection of an unrealistic date for delivery by a consignment receiver.

This feature is relevant for operators who require receivers to choose their own delivery date via the Receiver App “Confirm Delivery Date” page .

Admin Portal Menu

Pricing menu repositioned in sidebar navigation and renamed to Pricing Setup.

Admin Portal Run page

More detail added to Hireage summaries on the Run page to improve clarity:

• The page header summary provides separate Hireage quantities for consignments to be checked in and consignments to be delivered.
• The pop-up dialog provides a further breakdown based on the movement types as collections, hub to hub movements and deliveries.

Admin Portal Timeline

Removed the label indicating user visibility from the Endorsements entry on the consignment Timeline. 

Admin Portal Dashboard

Improved validation and error message when an invalid date range is selected.

Consignments 

Updated required fields for Gateway-created consignments to include suburbs.

Consignment Import

Support for additional fields in the Hitrak consignment import templates (relevant only to users with the respective features enabled):

• Requested Pickup date
• ExportECert
• HireageProvider, HireageType, QuantityHired

Added validation to Volume and Weight fields, to apply minimum constraints consistently in all consignment creation methods.  

Consignment Search

By Sender/Receiver filter updates:

• Separate fields for Sender and Receiver Names
• Separate fields for Sender and Receiver References
• Separate fields for Sender and Receiver Phone numbers
• Ability to search by Customer only

Advanced Search filter updates:

• Filter by From and/or To Dispatch Group.

Consignment Search & Dispatch Board results

Updated consignment sorting options in the Search Page and relevant Dispatch Board tabs:

• Sort by From column, using Name or Suburb
• Sort by To column, using Name or Suburb
• Sort by Run column, using Run ref, Run name or Driver name

Dashboards

Admin Portal and Freightmaster DIFOT charts updated to display Service Type names instead of Service Type codes.

Data Extracts

Resolved issues with missing Pickup Run information on Consignments by Invoice extracts.

Fields added to Consignment Search page extracts to align with Consignment Activity extract format.

Driver App Consignments

Improved visibility of any Site Notes for Drivers on Consignment and Task pages.

Consignment Events

Added support for allowing consignments with an unresolved Exception to be delivered. This is an optional system-wide setting, enabled by default.

Visibility of the username and date/time details for event creation and resolution have been added to the Event dialog and Timeline.

Fleet Tracking

Updated vehicle location publishing to improve the accuracy of a vehicle's most recent location.

Freight labels

Added support for tenant-specific freight label designs.

Messaging Service

Removed tab characters from all Messaging templates. 

SMS received from the Hitrak system now use the shortcode 5099.

Pricing Setup

Added support for all available Pricing units to all Hitrak tenants.

Receiver App 

Consumer App renamed to Receiver App.

Design updated to allow collapse/expansion of the tracking timeline. Status updates are now sorted in descending order from the most recent.

Improved UX when live vehicle tracking has finished.

Return Consignments

Added a Returned system tag to automatically apply to a Return's original consignment. Tag colour and customer visibility is consistent with the existing Return tag.

Added support for automatic pricing of Return consignments. This is an optional system setting, disabled by default.

Run Page UX

Revised caching behaviour for selections on the Consignments tab. 

Improved user feedback in cases of a delay in rendering the Route tab.

Search Result navigation

Change made to search result navigation across the Admin Portal, to improve search functions and page performance when a large volume of results exists. 

User permissions

Removed Pricing management permissions from the Admin user role.

Details

Admin: Auto allocation

Auto allocation incorrectly created a scheduled run, when a cancelled run with the same schedule existed for that day.

Unexpected tooltip in template selection dialog when there is an Activated run using a template. 

Admin: Consignments

Requested Delivery Date imported as 1 day earlier than values in the import file.

Custom times applied to consignment status changes incorrectly convert to UTC.

Admin: Dashboard

Comparative charts show incorrect date range for the previous period data.

Admin: Operating Days

Cutoff times displayed in UTC time.

Admin: Run page

Run page incorrectly shows Check-in action instead of Deliver for consignments with a Hub as the final receiver. 

Consignment Documents

Documents unavailable to download from Actions menu when a consignment has a movement with a Custom time.

POD Photos header appears on the Proof of Delivery PDF when no photos are present

Unable to redirect a consignment from one Hub to another after the consignment has been collected.
