Details

Dangerous Goods

Support for Dangerous Goods consignment handling, including consignment properties to capture UN numbers and DG class information, a new file type for attaching Dangerous Goods documents, and new fields to capture D endorsement details for Driver users. 

Freightmaster Consignments

A new file import function is available for uploading Site-based consignments in bulk via Freightmaster. 

GPS validation

The Driver app now validates location data during Check-in and Delivery. 

If a driver confirms a task while outside a specified range from the address, a warning is shown, and coordinates and map tiles are hidden from the Proof of Delivery PDF.

IP Allowlist support

Added support for restricting Admin Portal access by IP addresses.  

MFA

Hitrak now supports Multifactor Authentication.

Site Group maintenance

Customers using the Site Group Pricing model can now maintain Site Groups directly in the Admin Portal Pricing Setup page.

Admin Portal menu

A new sidebar menu button enables easy navigation to the Fleet Tracker app.

Admin Portal UI

Renamed "Requesting Site" label to "Site" in pricing related pages.

Delivery target is now displayed alongside other dates in the header of the consignment page.

Consignment Service date calculation 

Service dates can now be calculated up to 120 days in the future.  

Consignment Date validation 

Date validation against the Operating Days calendar and calculated service date has been added to the consignment entry and Receiver App user flows. 

In the Admin Portal, the user will receive a warning if a Non-working day or a date earlier than the calculated Delivery target is selected as the Requested Pickup or Requested Delivery date.

In Freightmaster, the user will be prevented from selecting these dates, and receive feedback that the date is invalid.   

In the Receiver App, users will be unable to select any Non-working day, or any date earlier than the Requested Delivery date or calculated Service date as the Confirmed Delivery Date. 

Consignment Import

Big Chill CSV: The Duplicate Sender reference warning now applies to consignments created via file import. When existing Sender reference values are found, the user receives a warning for each impacted consignment in the uploaded data. including the number of duplicates detected.

Consignment Search

Improved performance for searches by consignment reference. 

Consignment Timeline

Minor updates to reduce the duplication of data and files, and improve clarity on movement-related entries.

Data Extracts

Added Hireage Provider and Hireage Unit columns to Consignment Activity and Consignment Search extracts.

Updated Hireage column names to reflect the new Exchanged and Transferred field labels.

Delivery Extras

When an Extra is assigned in the Organisation page, it is now available immediately for any consignments.

Dispatch Board

Updated logic to better separate local and outbound consignments. Consignments allocated to a delivery run in another Dispatch Group are now displayed in the Outbound instead of the Allocated tab.

Endorsements

New Endorsement added to reflect changes to a  consignment’s Pricing Notes.

Fleet Tracking

Improved accuracy of ETA calculation based on the previous Run task’s completion.  

Freightmaster

Improved feedback messages for users without assigned Sites, and errors on bulk staging. 

Freightmaster Consignment Entry

Improved performance of Sender and Receiver field dropdowns for customers with a large number of Sites.

Freightmaster Consignment Entry Hire Unit field now defaults to the first available Hire Unit type, removing the need to select the unit each time.

Freightmaster Quotes

Updated the Delivery Quotation tooltip to reflect recent Quoting feature changes.

Gateway requirements

Updated Sender reference and Receiver reference fields for API-created consignments from mandatory to optional.

Gateway site-address matching 

The automatic matching of custom addresses to Sites for API-created consignments has been extended to include Common Sites.

Hireage

Hireage related fields have been renamed to align with industry standard terminology: Retrieved -> Exchanged, Owed -> Transferred.

Only the Retrieved field is displayed in the Driver app view.

Improved performance of Run optimisation for runs with a high number of stops..

Run Search

Updated Run search date range to improve page performance

Run Templates

Validation added when removing a Run template link in the Site dialog. Users are prevented from removing a site if it is the only 'From' constraint in any active template type, or the only 'To' constraint in an active Linehaul or Delivery template.

Site Group Pricing

Added multi-select capability to the Sending and Receiving Group fields in the Rates tab .

Surcharges 

Surcharge functionality has been extended to allow you to create and apply additional fees to individual consignments, outside of any system triggered surcharges.  

New surcharges can be added in the Surcharges page, then selected by any Admin user in the consignment page Extras and Surcharges tab.
